Complaint no.[protected] registered on 15th april, after continuous follow-up, the complaint was addressed with replacement of filter inside the can. Amount paid - appox. Inr 3000.
Within 2 weeks the system failed and it is not functional now, complaint registered again on 29th april, complaint no.[protected]. The message received said the complaint will be addressed within 24 hours and engineer will be assigned soon. Next day the message received had the engineer assigned as mr. Babu-[protected]. We expected a call from him and waited for nearly 3 hours, thereafter when we had contacted him, he said the area is serves is not our place of residence and cannot attend the complaint, inturn he claimed will inform the office to take up the issue. After contacting the service number([protected]), one engineer had spoke and conveyed will attend the complaint before 5pm on 30th april to find out the issue but not going to resolve it, we waited and tried contacting him unfortunately no response. Now, we are spending whole weekend without proper drinking water facility. The amount and time we have spent on this is much more than the purifier cost. Suggest we replace the unit with different brand and keep peace with my needs. Hope we get proper response ensuring resolving the issue. Awaiting promptness!
