Service center technician do not install the machine properly. They don't set up the machine and on top of it do not understand the customer's problem. The company is so well known but the service provided by the Dehradun people is getting the name of the company in shame. Dehradun technician working for Kent RO Perl water purifier are not satisfying their job which is offensive. The machine was taken on 22nd of August bt the service person came two days later that too for just merely 15 minutes as he was in a hurry. My machine no. is KR[protected]. He placed the machine in a place where our earlier RO was placed. Inspite of telling him to install the machine in our desired location he did not bother to obey and did what he felt like. He installed it shabbily and on telling him that the purifier signal is not working he bluffed mom at home saying that the light would get onn itself as there is some fluctuation thought there is no fluctuation at all. He ran out of the house without clearing the doubts of the consumer giving excuse that he has to go back to his office which is a complete nusence. Till now the service person from dun is not answering call and we have called up several times to the customer care providers and they say that the problem is raised to the service person which would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Think, calling customer care people every day and every day they say problem is raised which would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Like this if we wait for their 24- 48 hours then it would be a big trouble as their hours would never complete like this way. Was this information helpful? | |||
