Hi I have purchased one Kent RO Supreme model on 29th November 2013. This machine is not working and every month it is giving some kind of major problems. The machine was taken back from my home by the servicing agency for repair five times and till today the machine is not working. I have written several emails to the company, but did not get any response. I asked for the replacement of the machine and the service center is harassing me every time. My request you to solve my problem and do the needful. I will be very much grateful to you.
