Dear kent Dealer and service team,
I had purchased one water filter Model Grand Plus from us on 09.05.14 ( invoice no. 65435/14-15).It is observed that the RO filter is not functioning properly. This subject matter is shared with Mr. Bagci over the phone. Refer to the same he instructed a chemical wash of RO filter which can cause more damage to the RO filter & will degrade the quality of the drinking water. Hence it is not understood why there is no instruction for the replacement of RO filter.
In due course i would like to share that i am being informed at least 90 % TDS will be removed at the time of purchasing the KENT GRAND +. But it is observed that the TDS level is high. The Raw water TDS is 1200 ppm and the TDS of filtered water is more than 150 ppm.It means fake information is give to the customer.
1) within warranty period the chocking of RO filter twice.
2) Machine is not functioning properly.
3) Aloofness of Mt. Bagci, Mr. Tapas Patra(Dealer), & Mr. Dharampal (distributor)
4)Fake commitment to the customer.
