Kent RO Systems Ltd. — Not providing service since last 8 days & charging more than should be | |||
Dear Concerned, I am a customer of Kent RO system and from 5th April it is not working and we have rasied a complaint for the same and engineer visited on 7th April but closed the issue due non availablity of parts after that delaer not picking the phone and we have tried many times to kent customer Care and no revert from them. One Kent RO System no KR[protected] was installed in Treasury Office, Bulandshahr through State Bank of India, Railway Road, Bulandshahr. But RO does not work properly from the date of installation. Now Third time latest complaint no is[protected], that is not resolved till now. If the RO does not work or replace. We have no way besides go to consumer forum.
