Kent RO Systems Ltd. — Stopped purifying.

Now my machine is in stop status And i have complained on 14.1.2016. But yet my issue is not solved but company has remarked my issue resolved. In reality company's representative has not visited my home. Actually i have complained five times to company. They assured me that my issue will solved within 24 hours. But yet not resolved till today from 14 Jan. 2016.

Yet my purifier is faulty. Plz guide me for further action.
