[Resolved] Kent RO — Third class kent ro2 | |||
I purchased Kent RO model PRINCE from dealer in our City M/s Landmark, 167-D, Bombay bazar, Meerut, U.P. Mobile no. [protected]. Purchase invoice no. 1368 book no. 28, dated 15/09/2015. We called your engineer three times in the warranty period. After warranty period your RO needs engineers after every 10 days. I spent Rs. 2000/-on parts with in one month of warranty expire. Now today your RO is again not working. RO water is needed every tine in the house. Please suggest me what I should do. 1, I should throw this Ro in dust bin? 2, I should go to consumer court to complaint under IPC section 420 for selling third grade product on high prices, I think this is cheating? 3, I should buy one more Ro of any good company as stand by? 4, I should have good stock of bottles water as bisley etc. 5, I should drink tap water, or die some serious illness caused to water?
