My id number is dldt31535. since i bought my ro, i have been under amc but i really feel sorry to say that the service people have ruined my machine because o[censored]nncessary change of parts. i request that some good engineer from kent should visit me and see the condition of my machine. you are requested to kindly address the harrasment which i have gone through because of negligence at your end.
You are requested to kindly replace my machine and oblige.
