Kent RO — Unsatisfactory performance

As per tall claim the purifier is to give pure water. The machine purchased by me stopped without any alarm.On servicing it was observed that the bottom of the storage container was full of black impurities collected over a period of 2 to 3 months. How did the membrane allow this? This indicates that claims made are all false. One can be subjected to impure water without indication. No convincing answer was given by technician. No reply given to my earlier complain? The machine is not at all cost effective. ad appears to be only a marketing gimmick?
