Have a very bad experience in KENT Service from Aishwarya Solar Technologies in Bangalore who are authorized KENT dealers. When my Kent Supreme was found leaking registered a call at the service center and the service technician came and fixed it on 7th of July 2015. And charged an amount of 2050 for part replacing and service. How ever started seeing the same problem within 2 days. Dont know how the same problem is happening after getting the parts changed. Complained this to the same service center and after that no response from them for the last 3 days. Every day I call them and they inform me that they will come and fix it by evening and this is happening for the last 3 days.
I am helpless and don't know what needs to be done. Searching for some email ID's of KENT for escalating this and unfortunately not getting any email ID's other than the service email ID and sales email ID
