Kent RO — Very poor service & cheating to customers | |
I purchase KETN RO Grand now i afraid to advice anybody to purchase KENT RO when customer purchase a branded RO then also expect better quality and services. while installed RO System then water limit switch not working and service person disconnected the switch and installed the machine. this fact only i came to know when one day water supply close and machine still started without water when i called to local service man he told me water limit switch not working . i am surprised three service done by kent ro service engineer but not identify this issue or due to change the switch under warranty hide this fact. now i put the matter then he is telling give the cost & service charge then i will replace!!! is this not cheating to the customers.?????. are you cheater ???? when i complaint against this then service person called me either pay the cost or you take services from other persons... is this your quality of services... if due to this issue my machine have big issue then who will be responsiable ???? awaiting for ur reply and resolve the issue...
