[Resolved] Kent RO — Water purifier

Hi have got their water purifier installed in my home. But from the day it was installed now one came to do even regular service. Now, the purifier have been in non working condition since 2 months. I have raised many complains but non of their service provide come to repair it.
When we call them to know the status they disconnect the phone. I have tried to contact them from all the possible channels but no luck till now.
Don't know what to do with these guys.

Thanks for your prompt response on my complaint. Frankly speaking I was not expecting it after my horrifying experience with your Customer Care and Distributor in our town.

Hi Sir,

It has been 4 days since I have given all details but unfortunately didn't receive any call and no one even visited from Kent to repair the machine.

Any hope in near future??
