Kent RO Water Purifier — It cannot provide us any service

It is the badest service provider of hathras it can not provide us service. When we ask for service he cannot reply yes or no. Clearly he say i am not provide you service. This is rawaj ji enterprises agency if you cannot take any action about him then we though you purifier out of our home. Its my request please change your method of providing service

I have contacted the kent service centre at Balangir of Odisha state by phone, but still 05nos days lapsed, service was not provided.
