bought a kent6ro machine last year in jan .started giving problems in feb itself .after that it took company two months to provide service after arguments .again stopped working and had to spend more 3500.and at present still not working.IT has been a nightmare owning this machine and it has been useless to own it .i want to return the machine and want a full refund.
