[Resolved]  Kesineni Travels — Refund amount

Sir, i have booked the ticket on 24/09/2013 on the name of Dr. Pralhad Patki from bangalore to Guntur - roundtrip (PNR No.669863, Rs.1300/-; PNR No.FB1D18, Rs.1450/-). I have cancelled the ticket on 30/09/2013 along with another ticket (PNR No.FB1D18, Rs.1450/-) but i have recieved only one ticket amount (PNR No.FB1D18, Rs.1300/-out of 1450/-) i have not recieved for the amount for other ticket (PNR No.669863, Rs.1300/-). So many times i contacted the executives of kesineni travels they were telling we will look after that and settle the matter but till now there is no response from the merchant. Iam requesting you to kindly look after the matter and do the needful.
