[Resolved] KFC India — Amount deducted from paytm but service not received and i paid instead using cash. Happen double payment | |||||
Regarding order ID:1457D161122 Wallet order ID:[protected] Yesterday I have claimed KFC Wednesday offer via kfconline and choose Pay On delivery (Pickup in counter) at KFC Cochin-Gold souk. And I gave them my Paytm number "[protected]" I gave them OTP received after that I got a message "You have made a payment of Rs. 482.00 at Yum Restaurants for Order Id 1457D161122. Contact paytm.com/care for any issues." But they told me payment was not sucess . So I gave them my ATM card and paid the bill 2nd time. Before giving card I told him, "I have received order ID Why I have to pay 2 time" he told me, "Paytm will refund your amount" So I agreed to pay by card. Then I contact paytm they told me payment was successful from our end contact merchant. I lost Rs:482 from Paytm and I want Refund.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Same happened with me. Made payment through paytm but they are telling order has not been registered. They sre even denying yo give refund. Can you please tell me how to get the refund? Even shared the screenshot of the payment done with kfc.
