I placed and online order with kfc on 30th november, 2016. An amount of 696 was debited from my account but order wasn't placed successfully. Kfc does not answer the customer care helpline. I provided my phone number as well as email id but they have made no communication from their side either.
Their web page is irresponsive, i have mailed them there as well.
Now there is now way for me to get in contact with them.
