Yesterday we went Kolkata KFC at Hathibagan.. ordered food.. but the staff taking the order (his name was Partha id no 36029) was continously insisting on taking some sort of dip.. i said no again agan.. finally got the food and bill.. was in a hurry so could not check the bill.. but at home when i saw the bill they had charged me for a 'three pepper mayo' whivh i never had.. altough the amount is very meagre but the KFC staff must learn that there is no short cut for running business.. by doing this they have lost a Customer and done harm to the business..
