KFC India — Complaint against poor services

Dear sir, This is to inform you that i am highly disappointed with the services, few days back i placed an online order of 8 pcs bucket with mayo sauce but when i checked my packet mayo sauce was missing. I made complaint to KFC customer care and the manager of the outlet (KFC INDIRA NAGAR, LUCKNOW) they apologised for the mistake and for a compensation they made my next order complimentary, but when i called up manager in order to place an order he did not respond to my call, again i called up customer care centre but from there also i did not get any appropriate answer and my problem is still unsolved.
