I went to the KFC outlet in Pacific Mall, Subash Nagar today around 1:30 pm. I ordered 6 pieces hot chicken wings, omg burger, 4 pieces crispy fried chicken, a non veg rice bowl, one chicken zinger and a virgin mojito.
While waiting for the order the person on the counter gave me the virgin mojito first, i had a sip of it and looked into the glass and found a foreign particle in it and when i looked closely it was a strand of hair in it.
when i called the manager of the outler he said " the drink will be replaced". And there was some other guy standing on the counter he said "sir aisa ho jata hai kabhi kabhi", galti sabse hoti hai ". The staff people who were standing on the cash counter and the guy who prepared my drink were not wearing Disposable Stretchable White Caps.
is this the kind of response you would expect from a Brand of this level, KFC is not just a name it is one of the biggest brand in fast food industry and this the kind of service they provide it to their customers.
I have been a chef myslef and i know the standards of hygiene are of most important when you are handling food. and this was not at all hygienic. This is not the level of hygiene anybody would expect. Plus that excuse of his which he gave "sir aisa kabhi kabhi ho jata hai". Are u serious .??
