KFC India — Incomplete order packed in a takeaway order | |||||
This was the first time i have visited kfc with my family for a take away order both veg and non-veg on 22nd august 2016. We sat there until i was called the order was packed and ready. I did ask them if all the items were packed and they said yes to it. Major part of the order was non-veg and the veg part of the order was for my mother who is a non-vegetarian. When we reached home and my family opened the packaging wei found that a part of non-veg order was missing and all the veg part of the order was missing. This is really disappointing. I had to go to the market and had a veg food order packed from a local restaurant. I tried calling customer care but they told me that this branch of kfc is not under there support and the contact no. On bill and internet for that particular branch was not working. Please let me know that why should i again visit kfc and ever in my life even like or suggest anyone for your restaurant. Is there any way kfc is going to refund the amount of the order not provided by them? Here are the details of my order and i have also attached the snapshot of the bill which contains the missing items. Kfc devyani international ltd.
