Store called me after nearly 25 min to let me know that the burger is not available. Excuse given was of multiple orders from other customers. This is really unfair that I am getting an order I did not want and you are not able to refund. Also the burger given was cold. I am extremely unhappy with this treatment.

I have ordered at Bhubaneswar with my younger brothers, at 3 pm on 22.5.2015 they took around 45 to 50 minutes to deliver our order, 1st problem no one cared about that someone is waiting for 45 minutes, when I enquired what's the reason for delay first they tried to avoid me then when asked again they said we are processing our order, 2nd they didn't even said sorry or anything that would calm my mind on other hand my younger brothers started saying let's go from here, some how I managed to keep Them quiet and asked to wait.
it's a really a disappointment that an international brand like KFC is giving service like this it's my last time I will ever visit to KFC as well as I will share this same to all of my friends & relatives about the problem I faced & I'm sending rest details via picture of bills. The KFC branch of Madinaguda, Hyderabad is delivering the orders later than the specified time. the delivery takes more than an hour to reach a destination less than one km .
