KFC India — Missing item in my order

I ordered for a Chicken Zinger meal and a chicken snacker from KFC (new bEL road Bengaluru) and paid through debit card
The delivery guy came with only Chicken zinger meal and went saying that he will come back in 10 minutes, but he didn't come.
Its 2 hours since then I tried calling KFC multiple times, everytime saying that they will deliver shortly, but I have received no call or info whatsoever.
If things persists like this, I am afraid I will stop ordering from KFC.
Kindly resolve this issue from your end at the earliest
