KFC India — Practice of overbilling & fraud in kfc outlet at sector 63, noida, up

On 28/5/16, i visited above kfc outlet with family & ordered for certain items (Details available in enclosed bill). After taking our order & doing some work in his computer, the person at the counter demanded rs.515.00 with an impression that he is about to hand over the bill to us. I handed over my credit card for the amount. However, after debiting the amount he did not hand over the bill on his own. Since my ordered quantity was not appearing to be of rs. 515, i again demanded the bill. All the persons in the counter then started behaving suspiciously & informed that the system was not working (In reality though it was working). When i raised my voice & demanded that the basis of rs 515 should be explained even if the system is not working, some one came out from inside and accepted that it was a mistake on their part. Later, extra amount of rs.100 was refunded.

The above has done by design & is not at all a case of mistake. I suspect, this practice is being applied on quite a few unsuspecting customers.

hi this is wasim dani from raipur chhattishgarh..i visited KFC which is in magneto mall last night that is 2 june 2016 around 10.30 pm along with my family... the staff there were very rude...firstly i ordered for chizza dat is the new item ..they told dat its too late for this order and we could not make it...secondly i ordered 5 small french fries and not a single fries was up to the mark, and it was fried twice( i hv attached the snap along with it)..and thirdly as soon as i got my ordered and started to eat they turn off the A.C..i asked them what happen, they told me that the KFC is in mall premises and the mall person turn off the A.C at 10.30 pm..i then asked them, u shld hv inform me that we will nt take order for DINE IN at 10.30 pm..and they hv no answer for that...i along with my family and my little child hv dinner in that stupid bluddy place cause we didnt hv any option we already started with our meal..and lastly i called the manager bt the staff told that he was in washroom, i still waited there fot 30 min, bt den too he didnt turned up...i m sending u my coutact no and the images plz have a look and do inform me in the morning...[protected]..[protected]
We have placed on 8.6.2016 on morning .the billing amount rs. 470. The order taker swipe my card three time a minutes. He told me we hv never cut your balance . Bt when m find out my state ment from bank .it's cut my balance three time.when m call the ansal plaza's kfc restaurant, they told me to call to our closing manager.after a day k call the closing manager.Mr.vipin.and discuss all my happens. After two days till now no action will b take by him.we r regurly call they not response .
