KFC India — Regarding an order made in alleeppy(kerala) dealer

I had filed a complaint in kfc with feedback ID : [protected] on jan 11 th still they had not contacted me as they had mailed me.I had a bad experiance with kfc alleppey (kerala), In which i had ordered a firey grilled which they had taken the order at 9:35 pm and asked me to wait 30:mins for the preparation, As i had paid the bill I waited for 30 mins and at 10:05 pm i went to them to take my order they told me that their machine had got complaint and forced me to take other variety which i had told yes because i had no other option. KFC feed back system is very slow as they havent concacted me since 7 days
