We ordered KFC spice chicken on 20TH DECEMBER2014 from Mobile number.[protected].I would like to say that this has been the most worst service & experience from one of your KFC service worker named MR.Dheeraj. The chicken we recieved was extremely some sour and some sweet at most of the part(with way too much toppings) making it impossible to eat. We called MR.Dheeraj about the issue, he asked 2 mins for call back but there was no call back for past 30 minutes .We called KFC ourselves and asked about the status of the order .He asked us few details about left overs, We clearly told him that There are toppings of the skin remaining that is left which was impossible to eat at all.However he agreed to replace the order. After we received the replaced order, While eating, we got a call from Mr, Dheeraj again giving us threats that "we will blacklist your number and you will never able to get KFC chicken again because you have done with previous pieces of chicken".(Despite us leaving the upper skin, which contained excess masala which was impossible to eat and killed the joy).We then asked him to take back the replaced order but he arrogently argued with us and again threatened that we will not be able to give order again from KFC and he disconncted the call.I kindly request KFC to look into the matter and the unprofessional attitude of KFC customer service(Mr.Dheeraj) with their customer.It made us extremely dissapointed .
