I have ordered 3 Salwar suits, But I got only two. I paid all three suits prices. After opening i came to know one is less. When I ask with Khantil costumer support, they are telling we have proof, we send 3 suits. But it's not opened when I received from courier boy. I only opened the parcel. then she said I will check and with in half an hour I will give answer. After 4 hour I only called back that time she said we will refunding your amount Rs.549/ . we send message for your email ID. But still I didn't receive any message from their side. Why like this?
