Khazana Jewellery — Money is not refuneded

I have purchased gold jewellery in hyderabad branch which was defective, so i had to return it back. They have take the gold and not returning my money back. They are saying i have to buy the gold in the same store...as i dont like any models there and lost faith in that store. i want my money back But the store manager is only giving credit note and not my money back... Please return my money.
