I have ordered (Order number[protected] the racquet from Khelmart and received the courier on Jul 6th. When I was opened on Jul13 and played for some time, I see there bat is slightly broken already and immediately I dropped mail to Khelmart with bat pics.

Today I'm calling their customer care as well as from the sales team number where they taken my order, But nobody is replying at all.

Kindly help me to...

I purchased Thrax terminator bat from khelmart.com on 6th feb 2023. but within a month while playing second match itself bat got broken. I requested khelmart.com to replace it by providing few bat picks, khelmart team asked me share full bat photo and invoice details so shared with them but later no reply/communication from khelmart team. Tried to call their number#[protected] and +[protected] but both numbers are not reachable/switched...

Order No: OR_435069. Order got cancelled but refund hasn’t been made yet....

The product was ordered on 29th August, on the second day it was confirmed but now(6th September) the status shows that it is yet to be confirmed.
While ordering the site showed that the product is in stock and after few days the company says it is out of stock.
So please cancel my order, because of you I wasn't able to perform in a tournament ....

When I try to call them it says no representive is available....

I trusted khelmart but they cheated me. I had purchased a cricket bat worth around 14000 rs. model of the bat bring SS Ton Retro Maxpower From khelmart. I ordered Yonex Astrox 7 dg badminton racquet firstly I received my order after 11 days and after opening the parcel I found that the product was fake and not genuine...

I had recently bought a customised cricket bat. Had even ordered for oiling and knocking.
Received the bat in 4 days time but for the surprise no knocking been done. They have just applied a quote of oil ( looks like, can’t feel when hand is rubbed) and with in my confirmation of knocking next day they have shipped by order.
We all know after oil applied atleast bat should be kept for 24 hrs and then the knocking should be...

Glad that this is already resolved as well. As far as I know, Yonex badminton rackets are a bit expensive. I can't imagine the dismay you felt when you saw that it had a poor quality. Still, it was nice to know that they fix issues and that they addressed your concern. Also, I think it was nice that you knew what's good or not....

I ordered a dsc condor winger English Willow bat from this website which was priced around 3500 and added a option of oiling and knocking which they charge 500 extra for which total makes it 4000. Neither I received any order update or they aren't even answering my calls and mails. My order number is OR_388380 and my name is Nadeem Nawaz. This complaint is in regards to the order number OR_367933. The order was for Thrax ProGrip Badminton Shoes Blue. The Company has been giving false commitments for delivery since the day the product was ordered. When I asked the executive if it's possible to make early delivery of the product, the executive mentioned I would receive it in 3-4 days, on 12th Dec 2020 when I asked Vinita (an executive of your company) for an update on the product...
