[Resolved]  Kinder Joy Kids Sweets — Missing parts in toys

Good day I would like to lay a complaint regarding the Kinder joy. I have got a five year old and a seven year old they are both boys and they absolutely love Kinder Joy. Even though it is very expensive, I choose to buy it for my boys because when they get it their faces just lights up. However I'm extremely disappointed in the toys that they are getting. On several occasions there were parts missing from the toys and that is the most important thing they look out for the most. I cannot change it at the shop cause they keep telling me that it is not their fault. I really hope that someone can give a logical explanation to this.
