Kohinoor — Goods not delivered in time and no response received

We have purchased AC from Kohinoor Electronics (Dadar) Order No. ORD2015009 on 23rd May, 2015. We have done the whole payment on the same day itself and we were told that the delivery will be made on 26/05/2015. Our office Timing is 10Am to 6 Pm Still we were waited on 26/05/2015 till 8.pm for the delivery as told by the receptionist Hiral. But the delivery was not made and the receptionist went off without informing us about the non delivery. Also the salesman Nawas did not attend our calls (we have called him since after noon to evening several time)l.
The old air conditioner was dismantled in the afternoon on 26/05/2015 as we hope the new AC will received by evening. As the new AC is not installed it is very inconvenient to work in the office in Mid May. And dismantled AC also causing inconvenience as it constraining the space in office.
