[Resolved] Kohinoor — Product replacement. | |||
Dear Sir, I Have purchased Samsung Smart LED from Kohinoor, Malad West link road, on 22nd June, and Demo person from Samsung came after two days for installation, he has done his demonstration and installation and he took my son acknowledgement on report and he left, but when I came in the evening, I found one (size-0.5) dent on screen, I have immediately called, Samsung customer care centre, and they had sent their technician after 3 days, technician has checked and said it is done at home only, and I have to pay for this and he has left, then I have called again to customer care number and they said from there side report received ok, we need to speak to dealer and he told If we informed within 30 days for any product defect, dealer can be replaced the same product with new. As shop was closed I next day had called to Kohinoor shop and spoke with shop electronic executive Mr. Nazim as well as shop manager Mr. Joseph, they had took our complaint and said the will check with Samsung demo person and they will reply for the same, every week I had called but still they are unable to provide correct solution, finally now they are refused to change the product as they said its Samsung person problem that they had not checked while demonstration. And now almost 1 month completed, as well as we have informed to Bajaj Fineserve executive about the same to understand the complaint we have done EMI facility. Also we have informed Kohinoor shop manager to please take back your product and return my advance payment, but now they are not ready to accept the same.
