Kolkata Municipal Corporation — street dogs problem

Respected Sir, My complaint is with regard to the considerable increase in the number of street dogs in our locality. I am a resident of Maulana Shaukat Ali street( also known as Colootola Street), the dogs are every where in our area, creating difficulties for passers by to go about with ease. More over for the past few days they are defecating on the gate of my building and also on the stairways making it difficult to enter and leave house and to breathe even.
