Komparify.com — Recharge amount deducted from my card but my mobile did not get recharge | |||||
I have recharged by logging in to komparify website and i got confirmation from my bank that cash has been deducted towards this recharge but my mobile is not recharged yet, my order ID is[protected], i wrote an email but dint get any response yet. Intially i wanted to recharge for 206 bonus card on my vodafone number but this dint happend so that got refunded as reward points on my komparify user ID([protected]@yahoo.com) i used those rewards points to atleast recharge for talk time of 200 still i dint go through, please refund my money back as soon as possible there should be a customer service number so that customer can contact and resolve their issue Please reply to my email or give me your customer care number and i will contact you Was this information helpful? | |||||
