[Resolved]  Kone Elevators — Finger chopped in the kone elevator

My name is aniruddha chanda living in pune at montvert 2 sus road pashan pune a few hours back witnessed a serious accident. My mom Mrs. gopa Chanda was stuck in the lift and the doors su8ddenly started to bang against each other and when she was about to get out of the lift with her 1 yr old grandson she put her hand out and suddenly there was a error in the sensors probably and the lift doors managed to squash her fingers, , which shows that there is a problem with the doors of these kone elevators. None the less, the alarms systems and the lights everything failed to work and my mom and my niece they were stuck bleeding all the while for around 15-20 mins till the watch man could come back on the 8th floor and revive the scenario from such a mess. So i have decided to go and sue the Kone elevator company for such a defective product, a flaw in their product which has raised this major issue of safety. i would like someone to helkp me out with this major issue which could probably be fatal incase of a child .
