[Resolved] Konkan Railway — Air condition service was not working and late distribution of lunch box in the train.

This letter is with regards to the inefficiency of Air condition service in our coach and late distribution of lunch box in the train.
Complaint No. 1: The Air condition service in our coach was not working. Due to that we have suffered from sweating during our journey.
Complaint No. 2: Late distribution of Lunch box
as the train was running late by 2 hours, It reached Chiplun at around 2 in noon But necessary items not uploaded It has uploaded at Ratnagiri till that time all passengers were hungry. In case the if train is late The food iterms may be uploaded at any other station or at chiplun.
