[Resolved]  Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — 6000 rs has been deducted from my account

I tried to place on 28/11/2016 and order 5 times and 5 times 6000rs has been deducted from my BANK ACCOUNT .

Again i tried to place order on 29/11/2016 but amount deducted agin but order did not placed.

I checked with my bank manager according to them amount has been deducted from account and KOOVS they are saying they did not get any amount, .

Where is my money went??????

Please resolve my issue i'm having financial crisis. And you are not even taking care of this.

Please cancel my order. m order id is 2833137. I haven't ordered it i just added these items in my wishlist nd it got ordered automatically so kindly please cancel this order as soon as possible before it gets out for delivery.
