Dear All, Beware o[censored]sing Kotak Credit card, I had very bad experience with Kotak CC while applying they told no annual fee then only I applied, after year gone they have charged annual fee that time I reach to customer care they said your card is with annual fee of Rs 500 if you not using 15000 in a year. I said I am not ware of that please reversal my annual fee for this time I will use my card of rs 15000 in a year to avoid annual fee. They accepted and reversal my annual fee but unfortunately before that statement is generated with late fee for that annual fee and then my annual fee is got reversed but they have not reversed late fee for that annual fee. I checked with customer care they said we will revers only annual fee not late fee I asked what is the point not revers the late fee, they saying all non sense then I said I will not pay, please cancel my card. They are not listening, Now they generating statement with that late fee amount and putting late fee for the same amount every month and now they calling and blackmailing if you not pay we will put you CIBIL and Reduce your Cibil score. I am getting call from your bank to pay pay, but they are not ready to listening. i need complete reversal to continue with cards. i dont to hear again same story from your team. Because i have paid all the amount which i swiped.

I am totally frustrated because i dont have any dues in any of my accounts for the past ten year..but you have reduced my CIBIL score by generating the statement again again.
I hope i will get solution after seeing this...
