Hi Nilkanth, As per our discussion I have agreed to pay Kotak in 2 installments to clear the credit card overdue, First installment will be paid by me on the 25th of this month and the next on the 25th of next month. However after me repeatedly asking that I should be receiving no calls from the collections team, I am still getting calls from the representative Julie Shetty on my phone on watsapp harassing me everyday, This is not acceptable and I was adviced by Jyoti Lokhande that I need to speak to Nilkanth Parab about this issue which I am, Still why is this Julie calling me and messaging me all this crap. Please understand this is a mental harassment. I am clearing my dues because I want to pay it back not because of this Julie calling me over and over again, This is unethical behavior and irresponsible way of treating a customer who is paying her dues to the bank. I need a action taken against her or a written consent that I would not be getting any calls or messages from her. And she is not only calling me but My relatives also everyday, this is very insulting and once I am agreeing to pay why am I getting calls .
