Kotak Mahindra Bank — Account not exist but getting Statements | |||
Hi I am Rajesh Ranjan Das, PAN Card: AHPPD9434M, Email: [protected]@gmail.com, last one year i am getting statement from Kotak Mahindra, whereas I don't have any account in this Bank. Regarding this issue I spoke to Customer care, written mail to customer care, personally visited their bank so many times and even submitted a complaint against this bank on RBI portal but still my problem is remain same. Still I am getting statement from Kotak Mahindra. I don't have any option where to go and to whom i should complain. Last time I got a call from person but he never contact me again.
