Kotak Mahindra Bank — Account not exists with this bank but getting statement

Last one year I am getting mail from Kotak Mahindra and I don't have any account with this bank. Regarding this I went to Kotak bank Pune, I called Customer care and even I forwarded that mail to customer care.They replied me on that mail and mentioned that next time we will not get such any mail from their bank.
