[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Atm machine shows cant despense money but money debited from my account | |||
yesterday i tried to withdraw 900 rs from ing vysya kotak bank atm near v3s mall laxmi nagar new delhi, but Atm machine shows me message unable to dispense money then on my phone i got 2 messages, 1. cash withdrawal of rs. 900 made ... 2. rs.900 is credited to your a/c... towards reversal of ATM txn no[protected] but when i checked it out on my mobile banking it was still showing -900 and they were no credit record showing, also i took mini-statment again it was showing money deducted and no refund for that failed atm transaction, WHAT KINDA SERVICE IS THIS WHY KOTAK TOOK MY 900 RS, I NEED MY MONEY BACK ITS URGENT. I HAVE BEEN USING MULTIPLE BANKS BUT I HAD NEVER FACED SUCH SERIOUS ISSUE . I NEED MY HARD EARN MONEY BACK ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||
