Kotak Mahindra Bank — ATM -Money not dispensed but debited from account

Dear Sir, I would like to inform that on dated 14.06.15.I have used my ATM of KOtak bank in Oriental bank ATM at phase-II, noida my money 10000/-not dispensed but debited from a/c.I have complaint to Kotak bank on same date(Comp. ref no.1-[protected]) and money was credited on dated-22.06.15 and then again money was debited from my a/c on dated 24.06.15 then again I have complaint to bank but no response get till the time and my money 10000/- also not credit in my a/c (Comp. 1-[protected], date-26.06.15 & 1-[protected], date-06.07.15). Account name-Satya Dev Bank name- kotak bank A/c no-[protected] current comp no-[protected] Kindly help to provide my money. Regards Satya Dev
