Debit card payment failed.

I had Done 2 transactions Worth rupees Rs 20000 &20000 on 31st Dec.2019 but it deducted from my account But not credited in the receiver account.

I was tricked by the credit card agent and issued a card. Agent called me to and told me that they will put me in Do not disturb list for that they have to initiate the process and place to DND list. Fraud on my card.

Fraud transactions took place on my credit card ending with 5018. Which i do not have in my possession from long time. Transaction amount is 74.26 and 8195.76. Non of the transactions are done by me. And i am not sure how come without any OTP transaction was made.

Kotak Bank without seeking approval, without consulting the customer has enrolled the customer into some CPP policy since last year. Customer complained last year about it and till date no resolution has been provided and an amount of Rs. 2199/- is still pending to be credited. Again this year on April 7th, they debited an amount of Rs. 2199/- as part of the renewal process.

Bank statement not providing for closed account

I had a salary account in ING vysa bank in 25 feb 2009. The same account was closed on 26 nov 2011. The tenure was during ING vysa bank.

I need bank statement 01.04.2010 to 01.02.2011 period.

Now bank is merged with kotak mahindra bank. They are not entertaining case as it was closed before merger in kotak mahindra bank.
