Debiting amount from my bank account

I am having zero balance bank account in KOTAK Mahindra Bank. They are charging every month minimum balance not maintaining charges.
These charges are not applicable for my account so kindly help me on this...

Harassment by employees

I have been a customer of kotak bank from 2 years but the recent behaviour from bank employees is very unproffessional, due to lockdown i was not able pay the dues on time but from 3 months i have regularly paying it and 2 employees named sunil and imdad harrased me, Mr imdad came to my residance took pictures of my house and insulted me in front of my neighbours and after clearing my dues when i called to Mr.sunil a lady picked up scolded...

Pathetic credit card service and customer experience

Pathetic Bank and pathetic customer service experience. The credit card customer support executive is so rude that he makes us feel that we are doing a big mistake by availing their service.

Incorrect credit card charges and rude customer executive

I have cleared all my credit card dues couple of months back and all of a sudden after two months Im seeing due amount of 2500 rupees.
Customer care person is very rude and have zero courtesy towards customer. Ultimately according to him its my fault that I cleared all my dues and they can charge any amount they feel.

Its better to beg rather than looting customers hard earned money.Absolutely pathetic service and zero...

Atm cw fee dom charges

Kotak bank charged me on dec 2020 for 13 times rs 23.60 rs
Not jan 2021 kotak bank charged me for 11 times 23.60 rs please explain i have not done that much time txn using debit card

Collection Agent Behaviour

Hi All

Am Pradeep from Chennai, am addressing this to all not sure which of you is holding responsible for credit card .
