[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card — Need all of your attention

Dear Concern, Let me bring it to your kind notice, I keep on gets the calls from your representative saying that I have a approval for the credit card. tho I have a couple of credit cards i applied to minimize the calls from your Customer care. Finally, I got a status that my application got rejected due not verification of residence. The address which i mentioned in application form is my own. And I have credit cards on the same address. And simply you can not say it is not verified. if your executive comes to verify he could have call me. I may not stay all the time at house. I am a job holder, I leave the house at 09:00 hrs and returned back at 19:00 hrs. what time your executive came. And let me tell you another thing, my neighbors doesn't know me. I stay Very calm to my residence. and they call me by my pet name. I am not worried for the credit card as i have already couple of them with me. I want to question you that, why you guys are calling us and making us to proceed for the credit card. After so much of time and phone call spending, finally status is not approved due to no reason? And please note, when you do the login of my file, if its reject my Cibil score falls down. who will be responsible for that. Please train your executive before you send them for verification.
