[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit card - no response when contacted | |||
I have applied for credit card 6 months ago. I have filled all the required information. They said I will be getting my card with in 15 days. Still I didnt get my credit card and when ever I try to contact through customer care, it says no person is available and will call in 56 min, 48 min etc. It is very irritating when people tell me these explanations without getting my work done. I need my credit card as soon as possible. If you can help me, please respond. Was this information helpful? | |||
