[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Deduction of amount from credit card without customer knowledge and improper response | |||
I started a salary account from kotak mahindra bank. And their bank members called me and told me we are providing a gift that's a life time free credit card without annual fee. But after one year they have deducted a sum of rs. 499 + service tax of 75, thats leads to negative balance so again overlimit fee of 500.. So totally around rs.1074/- when am contacting their customer care they simply telling go and refer the link in online for annual fee charges. Since 26th of july 2016 to till date i am calling them for reversal amount. But there is no proper reply from them. Everyday i am calling them but there is no proper response one time they are telling me we will revert time check after some time.. After checking balance while contacting them. Some one will attend the call and process is taking from starting itself. Truly tired of calling them getting tired and irritated.. A worst service, no proper response provided by kmb.
