Kotak Mahindra Bank — Delay in account closure | |||||
Hello, I have applied to close my salary account on june 15th, 2016, i have submitted unused cheques and debit card. My savings/salary account is still open. The kotak bank representative to whom i have submitted application is not doing anything, saying will check and now he's not responding to calls also. Can you please do the need full.
