[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Double deduction of payment | |||
Sir This is i am writing to you, since 29th may 2016 i have made complaint for the double payment since then they are not able to resolve the problem. They are even not able to conform that they have made the payment to the merchant. This is i am writing to you, since 29th may 2016 i have made complaint for the double payment since then they are not able to resolve the problem My a/c no. Is[protected], on 29th may 2006 amount of rs1654/=was debited twice in my a/c. The first transaction was failed when the card was swapped. I have made complete for it still i have not received the amount credited. They are even not able to conform that they have made the payment to the merchant.
